Application Instructions:
What happens after SITE BC sends my application to E-MAP?
  • An E-MAP consultant will contact you for a one-to-one interview
  • E-MAP consultants will help you assess your current skills against manufacturing opportunities
  • Your resume and skills profile will be listed on the E-MAP database
E-MAP program staff will:
  • Source out appropriate vacancies and identify opportunities for E-MAP candidates
  • Determine candidate's skills related to job vacancies in the manufacturing sector
  • Actively refer jobseekers to employers needing staff
  • Work with both candidate and employer to develop on-the-job work plans
Job Seeker responsibilities:
  • Follow through with the suggestions provided by the E-MAP consultants
  • Keep in regular contact with E-MAP consultants as to your progress and employment status
